Instagram contest rules

Article 1 – Organization

The company La Joaillerie Rive Gauche , located at 106 rue de Rennes, 75006 Paris, is organizing a free competition with no purchase necessary entitled "Concours Joaillerie Rive Gauche" on the social network Instagram.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition is open to any individual of legal age, residing in metropolitan France, who has an Instagram account.
The following cannot participate: the organizer's staff, as well as their family members.

Article 3 – Participation Procedures

To participate, each user must:

Subscribe to the @joaillerierivegauche account
Share the contest in your story
Tag 3 people in the comments under the contest post

Each participant can increase their chances by participating multiple times, provided they respect the above rules each time they participate.

Any incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant entry will not be taken into account.

Article 4 – Duration of the competition

The competition starts on September 2, 2025 and ends on September 15, 2025 at 12:00 PM .
The draw will take place on September 15, 2025 , and the results will be announced the same day on the Instagram account @joaillerierivegauche .

Article 5 – Prizes offered

Two winners will be chosen by random draw:

1st prize : A small Cartier Love necklace in 18K gold with a 0.09 ct natural diamond, retail value €1480 including VAT .
2nd prize : A natural brilliant-cut diamond of 0.19 ct , certified IGI quality E-VVS1, commercial value €500 including VAT .

The values shown correspond to the recommended retail prices at the date of publication of the regulation.

Article 6 – Awarding of prizes

The prizes will be awarded to the winners:

Either directly in store (La Joaillerie Rive Gauche, 106 rue de Rennes, 75006 Paris)
Either by secure delivery to the address provided by the winner.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or refunded.

Article 7 – Responsibility

Joaillerie Rive Gauche cannot be held responsible for any technical problems related to Instagram or the Internet network.
This contest is not managed, sponsored, or endorsed by Instagram.

Article 8 – Personal Data

The information provided by participants is necessary for the management of the competition. It will only be used for this purpose and in accordance with applicable regulations.
